Systemic coaching understands the client as the expert of their own life and context. This means the coaching process is shaped by the client’s goals, pace, and sense of what is needed. The number of sessions is not predetermined. It can be discussed together during the initial session or in the first exchange by email. The intention is to create a process that fits the client’s situation rather than a fixed program.
Coaching can take place online via Zoom or on site in Berlin.
The standard format at grau is a 90 minute session, which has proven to offer the right balance of depth and clarity without rushing. Longer sessions are possible on request. For topics connected to professional development and career transitions, extended formats of up to two hours will be available soon.
Life is fast paced and schedules change. Appointments can of course be cancelled or rescheduled, but cancellations less than 24 hours before the session cannot be refunded.
Coaching with grau is a collaborative and transparent process, working side by side and step by step, without hierarchy, pressure, or predetermined pathways. The focus is on enabling clarity, resilience, and sustainable change. And of course, it is 100 % confidential.
Life can feel overwhelming at times. grau coaching focuses on stability, clarity, and orientation, but it is not designed for acute psychological crises or situations that require therapeutic or medical care. In such cases, professional mental health support is the appropriate resource.
