About

grau is the coaching practice created and carried by Monika Grabuschnigg, grounded in clarity and systemic thinking, and focused on resilience and sustainable change.

I completed my training as a Systemic Business Coach as well as a Systemic Personal Coach at the Coaching Academy Berlin. I am certified by the European Coaching Association (ECA) and I am a member of the Federal Association for Quality and Systemic Work (QSA, Bundesverband für Qualität und Systemische Arbeit).

I come from the creative sector, hold a Master in Art, and remain active in that field. Over the years, I have gained international experience through studies and projects across Europe and the Americas, as well as in wider global contexts. Alongside exhibitions and collaborations, I established and continue to run my own studio, where I manage procurement, production planning, budgets, and daily operations. In this environment I have also trained and mentored team members, including interns and young practitioners from across Europe.

I have worked in specialized logistics for high value cultural assets, from storage to transport, a field where precision, responsibility, and systemic thinking are essential. I have also lectured and taught at art academies across Germany, including in Dresden, Düsseldorf, and at Muthesius University of Fine Arts and Design in Kiel.

This combination of operational rigor, logistical precision, entrepreneurial studio practice, teaching, and long term mentoring shapes my approach to systemic coaching: structured, clear, action oriented, and focused on building systems that make results reliable.
